"This is not your large car rental operation - and that was fine. The Waikiki location is in the parking structure of a hotel, but there is no office, you just meet a representative there and get your car. We were able to get a one day rental from these folks at a good rate on short notice. Location was about one block from our Waikiki hotel. Returning the car was easy also. All of this transaction was done using my iPhone at the rental location and it went smoothly. Car was a late model Toyota and was clean. I did need to fill gas on returning, you really need to plan that stop as the Honolulu stations can be hard to find. Overall a good experience with friendly staff."
